With a Ph.D. in IT Integration in Organizations from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Dr. Garcia-Agreda has established a distinguished career as an academic and leader in digital business and entrepreneurship. As the Director of International Graduate Programs at UPB, and Director of the dual MBA in Digital Business Management between UPB and UPV, he has played a crucial role in shaping leaders in the field. His expertise extends to teaching Digital Business Strategies at various universities across Latin America, Europe, and the USA. He also serves as an international speaker, mentor, and senior advisor on digital business strategies, with 17 years of work experience. In addition to his academic work, Doctor Garcia-Agreda is the founder and CEO of Garcia Agreda Corp, a business group since 2008, and holds significant positions in the business and export sectors, such as a member of the Board of Directors of Baya Ariscain Group and Director of the Chamber of Exports in Cochabamba. He is the Director of the Global Business Academy and the main developer of the Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Network and the Cluster of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Bolivia. His influence also extends to his role as an international partner and Chair for Bolivia at the World Business Angels Forum, and national expert of WSA, as well as his involvement as a senator for JCI Bolivia and former Chair of the AIB Bolivia chapter.
