Álvaro Mendoza Manfredi holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Marketing, in addition to having an MBA from UPB and a Master in International Business from Florida International University. He has solid experience in strategic management and academic leadership as the Academic Director of Graduate Studies at UPB, where he leads master's programs. He also worked in financial risk analysis at VIVA and Banco BISA. He is an award-winning teacher with the Búho award, a mentor, and co-author of academic books, noted for his leadership and analytical skills to promote educational and business innovation.
