Bachelor's degree in Economics, graduated from UPB in Cochabamba city. I am currently pursuing the MBA in Analytics Management at UPB, among the most important courses in 2023; I completed the Executive Program for Women in Senior Management also offered at UPB. I currently serve as the Administrative and HR Director at the Santa Cruz Campus. In my professional experience, I worked as Customer Service Manager at the Chamber of Exporters of Santa Cruz CADEX, I conducted a consultancy for the Project Al Invest IV of the European Union supporting the internationalization of SMEs. I carried out market opening training in Lima-Peru for the Starbucks brand, then to open the market in Santa Cruz-Bolivia, being in operations and later in management control. During the pandemic period, I worked as an independent consultant in the gastronomy and hotel sectors, helping businesses redesign their strategic planning for this period, analyze their P&L, implement digital processes, and make decisions based on low BI tools.
