Professional with training and experience in human resources management and educational management. Holds a Master's in Strategic Human Resources Management (University of Salamanca) and an MBA (Columbus IBS). Has led key roles in Continuing Education at UPB, currently serving as the Academic Director of that unit. Postgraduate lecturer and academic director of programs in the HR area. Certified as a coach in emotional intelligence, she also worked in personnel selection at El Corte Inglés - Spain and in educational management at Fundación San Valero – SEAS.
