David Fernández Oliver earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and his Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, USA. He taught literature/English at Saint Andrews's College. He was the coordinator of research projects and psychotherapeutic/organizational implementation at The Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene, Inc. in New York. Furthermore, he led the national areas of Processes and Central Operations Services at Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz S.A.
