Erwin Veneros has a solid academic background formed at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where he obtained his bachelor's degree (2006), master's degree (2008), and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics (2015). His training was supported by the prestigious Simon I. Patiño Foundation scholarship. In the teaching and research field, he worked as a teaching and research assistant in Switzerland and as a professor at Bolivian universities such as UMSA and UCB. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Mathematics at UPB. In addition, he has published various scientific articles specialized in numerical analysis and Maxwell's equations.
