GUSTAVO ADOLFO SILES SORIA, PH.D.

Gustavo Siles Soria holds a Doctorate in Technologies and Communication Systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain), a Master's in Microwaves and Telecommunications Systems from the University of Montpellier (France), and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the UMSS (Bolivia). He was a Research Assistant in the Department of Signals, Systems, and Radiocommunications at UPM (2009-2015) and an Engineer and Project Coordinator at the Bolivian Space Agency (2015-2017). Since 2017, he has been a tenured Research Professor at UPB, where he has been the Director of the Radiocommunications Laboratory since 2021. His research areas include radio propagation and wireless communications. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
