Isabel La Fuente Taborga, Ph.D. in Social Psychology, has extensive experience in teaching, research, and consulting in human resources. She is currently the head of the program at UPB and directs PROPIUM S.R.L., which specializes in organizational and clinical psychology. With training in psychology, administration, and research methodology, she has been recognized for her academic excellence. Her research covers topics of identity, youth, and organizational psychology, and she teaches methodology, work psychology, and occupational health. In addition, she provides consulting services in recruitment and selection for national and international companies and has solid training in organizational intervention methodologies.
