Juan Pablo Gonzales Arce has a master's degree in alternative energies from the University of Atlántico in Santander, Spain. He has specializations in the energy area, unit processes, and mathematical models for process optimization. He is currently the Head of the Industrial and Systems Engineering program at the Santa Cruz campus.
