Luis Alberto Paz Soldán García, Chemical Engineer from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Master in Business and International Trade from Florida International University (FIU-UPB), has diplomas in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, University Teaching with a specialization in Educational Management (UPB), and Competency-Based Higher Education (UMSS). He is the head of laboratories and an adjunct professor at UPB, where he manages laboratories for FIA and advises on the use of high-tech equipment. Specialist in Chemical Engineering, Unit Processes, and Petroleum and Gas, he has experience in sustainability, environmental management, and quality control, and has completed projects for YPFB, Unilever, Proinpa, Indatrop, and SCS Consult S.R.L.
