Marcelo Ticona Barroso has a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences and Systems Engineering from the Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo". He is the Head of Technological Projects at Natural Bolivia, where he has developed various projects in the national market over the last 25 years to date. He is a part-time teacher at UPB.
