Economist and educator, currently Head of the Economics and Data Management Analytics programs at UPB. Graduated in 1996 from the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Bogotá, she obtained a Master's degree and a Joint Master in Environmental Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes and the University of Maryland. She reached candidacy for a Ph.D. in Economics at UPB in 2019. With experience at the Central Bank of Colombia and in economic and environmental development projects, she stands out as a specialist in Sustainable Development, Environmental Economics, and urban management.
