Mónica Cadena, a doctoral candidate in Administration and Economics at UPB, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Marketing from the same institution. She has received international training in startup incubation methodologies at the Monterrey Institute of Technology, consolidating an outstanding career in the academic and business sectors. With more than thirteen years of teaching experience, she has fostered the development of entrepreneurs and commercial leaders, always promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. She is currently the Head of the Commercial Engineering Program at UPB Santa Cruz.
