Oscar Álvaro Valdivieso Taborga has a doctoral candidacy in Economics and Administration and a master's degree in Business Administration from UPB, a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Simón. He has completed the White Belt course in International Lean Six Sigma. He is currently the head of the Production Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Systems programs at our university's La Paz campus.
