Patricia Gasser Gordillo holds a Doctorate in Social Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and was a research fellow at the Spanish cooperation agency, AECID. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience in both private and public universities in Bolivia. She was the director of the Organizational Psychology program at UPB and, since 2013, she has been leading the Human Development area at Propium SRL. She has worked as a consultant for companies such as Unilever, Alicorp, Jala Soft, and SOS Children's Villages. Currently, she is a research professor at UPB Santa Cruz, where she conducts studies on mental health and emotional states, published in international indexed journals.
