He was born in the city of La Paz. Master's in Urban and Architectural Design from UMSA. Diploma in higher education from CEPIES-UMSA. Head of the architecture program at UPB. He has 27 years of experience in university teaching, in the subjects of Morphology and Architectural Composition at UPB. He completed his studies at FAADU – UMSA, specializing in Land Use Planning at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He worked in the city of La Paz as Vice President of the Bolivian Architects' Association during the management 2012-2013. He conducted seminars and conferences related to design research in Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Bolivia. He organized international workshops with CAB.
