Doctor in Natural Sciences and Master of Science in Pure Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, both from Essen, Germany. Awarded an excellence scholarship by the German government, he specialized in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and materials science. With experience in 13 countries, he has held managerial positions in Quality Assurance, Sustainability, and R&D, participating in standardization organizations such as DIN and ISO. He has published scientific and industrial articles and has been a guest professor at UPB. Currently, he is a full professor and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, leading the redesign of academic programs and promoting Sustainable Development and Technological Innovation.
