Quality Policy and Objectives
Quality Policy
The Quality Policy of the Universidad Privada Boliviana commits to ensuring quality and continuous improvement of professional training processes in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, research processes, and university extension processes, thereby meeting the requirements, needs, and expectations of internal and external clients, through the establishment of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The Quality Manual and documented information are the instruments that allow for the review and continuous improvement of operational processes at all levels of university administration. Each member of UPB is involved and responsible for the development of the Quality Management System in the context of the Mission, Vision, and Institutional Principles that guide UPB's actions.
