University Social Responsibility Program
The University Social Responsibility Program (RSU) of UPB aims to contribute to a new philosophy to renew our university's social commitment, generating a positive and ethical impact in our society through three chapters: Student, Administration, and Academic / Research.
Regarding the work areas, they are divided into: Environmental area, Social area, Community area, and UPB Family area.
In the environmental area, activities are carried out in different fields, such as afforestation, cleaning, and collaboration, and student participation in various activities with other youth groups is encouraged. Additionally, topics and volunteer work focused on wildlife trafficking, with domestic and wild animals, are addressed by conducting activities in domestic animal shelters.
In the UPB Family area, training sessions such as "Responsible Driver," "defensive driving," among others, are carried out, thus promoting social responsibility.
