Google AI and TensorFlow award the Faculty Prize to the Institute of Computational Intelligence (IIC) at UPB
Organizer/s:
Google AI and TensorFlow
Category:
Faculty Award
Project:
The proposal presented by the Institute of Computational Intelligence (IIC), led by Dr. Diego Collarana, was the winner of the Faculty Award granted by Google AI and TensorFlow. With this award, the IIC team will teach AI in Spanish to young people in Bolivia. Game-type activities will be developed to reinforce the learning of the main concepts and techniques in Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, 140 young Bolivians will be trained to carry out Artificial Intelligence projects. Winning this award and the support of the Google AI team in this project marks a milestone in the dissemination of knowledge in Artificial Intelligence in Bolivia.
